Sacramento area 4th of July fireworks displays for 2011:

Auburn: 7/4 Gold Country Fairgrounds, fireworks 9:40 p.m.

Cal Expo:  7/4 Gates open at 6pm for live music, fireworks at 9:30 p.m.  Parking is $10

Carmichael:  7/4 La Sierra Community Center opens at 7 p.m., fireworks at 9:30

Citrus Heights:  7/4 Sunrise Mall, fireworks at 9:30

Davis: 7/4 Davis Community Park, food/entertainment 3-8 p.m. , fireworks 9:30

El Dorado:  7/2 El Dorado Fairgrounds, gates open at 4 p.m., fireworks 9:30 p.m.

El Dorado Hills: 7/3 Town Center,  fireworks 9:30 p.m.

Elk Grove: 7/4 Elk Grove Regional Park 6-10 p.m., fireworks 9:30 p.m. Parking $10

Folsom: 7/1 – 7/3 Dan Russel Rodeo Arena, fireworks each night around 9:30

Grass Valley: 7/4 Nevada County Fairgrounds, fireworks 9:30 p.m.

Lake Tahoe:  7/4 South Shore, fireworks 9:45 p.m.

Rancho Cordova: 7/3, 7/4 Hagan Park all day events, fireworks at 9:45 p.m. admissions $2, parking $10

Rancho Murieta: 7/4 all day activities, fireworks 9:30 p.m.

Roseville:  7/4 Placer County Fairgrounds 9:30 p.m.

West Sacramento:   7/3 Raley Field, fireworks following River Cats games

Woodland: 7/4 Woodland High School Community Stadium, events 9 a.m., fireworks 9:30 p.m.
