annulment, just the usual Hollywood divorce citing “irreconcilable differences.” Laura Wasser, who lawyered for Britney, Angelina Jolie and Maria Shriver, among others, will rep Kim.
Kim’s got a pre-nup. We’re thinking Kris will get to keep that hoop out in the driveway.

Kris Humphries feels blindsided by the news that his soon-to-be former wife filed for divorce. The former forward for the New Jersey Nets said in a statement “I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce.” Humphries also went on to say “I’m committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents and I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make it work.”
Well, Kim is not feeling the same way. The 31 year old reality star said in a statement to E! “I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision…I had hoped this marriage was forever, but sometimes things don’t work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best.” Another piece of news is coming to light, Kim has also asked the court to deny spousal support to Humphries.
